The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
Repairs Outside Warranty
For damages not covered under warranty, Swift Industries offers repair services priced based on the complexity of the repair. Swift Industries is committed to repairing its bags to ensure their longevity.
Swift Industries covers shipping costs for returning warranty repairs within the domestic USA. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for non-warranty repairs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Swift Industries is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is missing, Swift Industries advises contacting the delivery carrier directly. While Swift Industries is here to assist, the delivery carrier will have the most direct information on your package’s status.
