Great service, and response time on questions, and a selection online to keep you drooling. Whether you connect with them online, in-person or out riding the trails! I reached out to Campfire with some questions regarding stock and availability and was kindly guided and given answers in a timely, and rapid manner. After my purchase and meandering on their site with all kinds of rad deals, and great products from a host of purveyors for bike frames, parts, accessories and clothing, (all well and fairly proceed, too might I add!), I realized that I had forgotten to purchase some tubes. I was a bit miffed about the shipping fees I'd allocated for 2 purchases, and reached out to David online. He refunded me the shipping with no issue and was empathetic to my desire to save on cost. One of the only shops online that had the out-of-stock hardware I needed to keep me commuting and my Wife and Daughter and i on the trails and enjoying life on two wheels.
