Old Man Mountain Axle Pack is unlike any fork mount adapter you’ve seen. Rather than trying to clamp to round or tapered surfaces and just hope it doesn’t slip or spin, Axle Pack is, you guessed it: Thru Axle mounted! Attaching to the axle makes it impossible to slip or spin.
Mounted to an OMM Fit Kit, the Axle pack is also easily swappable with any of our racks so you can pack the right gear for the ride.
Have a carbon road bike? Perfect! Suspension fork? Perfect! Aluminum bike but you don’t trust the rivnuts? We’ve got it! Long story short, if you have a thru axle fork, we have an Axle Pack ready for you.
After you add the Axle Pack to your cart you can use this Fit Finder to get the correct Thru Axle Fit Kit. (Not compatible with QR skewers)

Old Man Mountain products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser’s reasonable lifetime of the product, with proof of purchase required.
Process
If you find a defect, you can return the product to Old Man Mountain with pre-paid transportation. The company will decide if the defect exists and whether to repair or replace the faulty part.
If you purchased an Old Man Mountain product from a dealer, please contact the store from where you purchased it.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, abuse, alteration, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products that have been modified outside of Old Man Mountain specifications.
- Any consequential damages or liabilities from the failure of the product.
Claims
You must notify Old Man Mountain of any defects within 60 days of discovery. Failure to do so will waive your rights to claim.
Limitations
This warranty is the only one provided by Old Man Mountain, excluding any other expressed, implied, or statutory warranties.
Returns Policy
Duration: 60 days from purchase through our website.
Conditions: If the product doesn’t fit your bike or meet your needs, you can return it for a full refund.
