These are questions posed by, which is a bicycle advocacy initiative that was recently launched at Rio+20, the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development. Bikestorming seeks to increase global bicycle use for transportation to address a number of the issues related to climate change and social justice that were discussed (and largely unresolved) at Rio 20+.
