A sidecar for cargo. Make your Xtracycle Cargo Kit even more versatile. Installs in seconds, and carries up to 250 lbs.

The huge cargo platform is capable of carrying big loads, like potted trees, stacks of pizza boxes, chicken cages, and more. The deck is made from recycled HDPE plastic. Cutouts in the deck make it easy to secure your load with cinch straps or bungees.

Or you can make your own deck out of recycled cafeteria lunch trays. The deck template is printed right on the box.

When not in use, pivot sidecar up and out of the way, reducing rolling resistance and narrowing your ride. Provides unbeatable stability for massive loads.

Mounts to either side of your Xtracycle in horizontal ports. Will not simultaneously mount with Xtracycle Footsies, Xtracycle LT Footsies, Xtracycle WideLoader Rack, or Xtracycle Running Boards. You can quickly remove these accessories when you want to use the SideCar.

Note: This product is not intended to carry live cargo.

The sidecar is well made and easy to install. My own sidecar came without a deck, so i made my own out of old seatbelt straks. When I first tried to ride l noticed the handling got a bit weird, but it only tok a few moments to adjust. I ride a Surly BD and with the sidecar I can carry flooring and large boxes. Recommended!
