All Teravail products are protected by a 24-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date.
Handmade Product Considerations
Teravail tires are handmade, so slight variations, such as minor side-to-side wobble in the tread when new, are normal and not considered defects.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including tread wear, flat tires, cuts, or tears from road or trail debris, as tires and tubes are considered consumable goods.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Purchase Location: If you bought your Teravail product from a local bike shop or online retailer, you can either handle the claim through them or directly with Teravail.
- Required Information:
- Original proof of purchase or order confirmation showing your order number and purchase date.
- A photo or video showing the issue.
- A photo of the tire’s hot patch displaying make and model information.
- Submit Your Claim:
- Email the required information to info@teravail.com.
- A customer service representative will contact you within one business day to discuss your claim and possible resolutions.
