Warranty
Frames:
- Coverage: 5-year limited warranty against material and workmanship defects.
- Paint: 1-year limited warranty.
- Exclusions: Attached components (e.g., seat posts, handlebar stems, brakes, wheels, front forks, drivetrain components) are not covered.
Components (Non-Frame Products):
- Coverage: 1-year limited warranty against material and workmanship defects.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, abuse, crash damage, modifications, corrosion, neglect, misuse, improper installation, counterfeit products, and items not purchased new from Ritchey or an Authorized Ritchey Dealer.
General Conditions:
- Warranties apply to the original owner and are non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- The owner is responsible for costs associated with returning products for warranty evaluation, including shipping and reassembly.
- Regular inspections by a professional bicycle mechanic are recommended to identify signs of wear and tear.
