Overview
The Unit X Cromoly frame, rigid fork, and well-geared 12-speed drivetrain keep it simple, durable, and ready for singletrack, forest roads, loaded adventures, or whatever strange detour pulls you out of the main plot. Modular dropouts even let you run it as a single speed when things need to get a little more surreal. It’s hard to categorize, oddly practical, and much easier to understand once you’ve experienced it. The Unit X isn’t for everyone, and that’s probably why everyone who gets it won’t shut up about it.

Shimano Deore 1×12 Drivetrain: The 32t chainring and wide-range 10–51t cassette provide simple shifting with low climbing gears.
29 × 2.6-Inch Tires: High-volume Maxxis Rekon tires add traction, cushioning, and control on loose or rough trails.
Tubeless-Compatible Rims and Tires: WTB TCS rims and Maxxis TR tires can be set up tubeless with the required tape, valves, and sealant.
Boost Hub Spacing: The 110mm front and 148mm rear hubs support stronger wheels and generous tire clearance.
Hydraulic Disc Brakes: Shimano MT410 brakes provide consistent stopping power with a larger 180mm front rotor.
Rigid Plus Fork: The Kona Plus Fork keeps the front end simple while supporting the wide front tire.
