THE LBF
TYPE: Adventure Bike
BEHAVIOR: Rowdy, reclusive

Until now, the Legend of Big Fork sat in that space between myth and possibility. Some treated it as a fun local legend who left traces of big tire prints and slashed foliage; others swear they’d seen it in the wilderness before, and bike nerds in the comment section remained skeptical of its reality. The LBF has been here the whole time, dwelling in our most memorable underbiked adventures or our daydreams of overforking our gravel bike for that one strange adventure. There’s a new era of drop bar ready to emerge from the depths of the PNW. Some would say it’s already here, but for those who simply don’t believe: we see what we want to see and don’t see what we’re not prepared to see. The question is, are you ready for the power of the LBF myth to give your expedition meaning?
Features
Premium Steel Frame: Built with Reynolds 520 tubing to provide the legendary vibration-damping ride quality and “forever-frame” durability that only high-quality chromoly can offer.
Custom Hybrid Braking: A unique, authorized pairing of SRAM Apex drop-bar levers and G2 4-piston MTB calipers, delivering mountain-bike stopping power to a gravel-style cockpit.
XC-Race Efficiency: The 100mm RockShox SID fork features stiff 35mm stanchions and 3-position damping, optimized specifically for the frame’s geometry to balance chaos-management with pedaling speed.
Modern “Non-Gravel” Geometry: A slack 67° head tube angle provides MTB-like stability on descents, while the 75° seat tube angle keeps you centered and efficient during steep climbs.
Adventure-Ready Cockpit: The Ritchey Beacon Comp bars offer an ultra-wide flare for maximum control and stability when navigating technical terrain or carrying gear.
Future-Proof Versatility: Sliding UDH dropouts allow for easy singlespeed conversions, wheelbase adjustments, and compatibility with the latest drivetrain standards.
High-Volume Traction: Equipped with wide 2.4” Maxxis rubber and asymmetric rims to provide a massive contact patch for grip on roots, rocks, and loose dirt.
