USThe product itself could have had a better/cushioned shoulder strap but length options work for me. I can use strap like a normal shoulder bag and use it cross body. This product was harder to find for my classic roller panniers and I was happy to find the genuine parts here. Not having to carry my panniers by a handle has been a game changer.
