Its stronger, more stable pole set pairs with NEMO’s custom Elements™ hardware, including a forged hub design that angles the crossbar “wings” upward before tensioning. This Precurve™ system creates a near-horizontal roof and generous headroom across the tent, not just at the peak. Axial™ Lite corner anchors simplify rainfly attachment, making setup quick and effortless.
Inside, Dragonfly Bikepack OSMO™ is as resilient as it is roomy. Its solution-dyed, PFAS-free proprietary fabric repels water, resists tearing, and stays taut even in heavy rain. Generous doors and spacious vestibules pair with a Landing Zone™ storage tub to keep gear protected from mud. Every NEMO product includes a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Who’s Covered
Coverage applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized NEMO dealer. Secondhand and garage-sale purchases aren’t covered.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, improper use or maintenance, misuse, and neglect.
Repairs and Replacements
NEMO will repair or replace covered products at its discretion. Credit is only offered if the product is no longer available. Damage outside warranty coverage can often be repaired for a fee.
Processing Time
Warranty claims typically take 2–6 weeks to process, depending on the time of year.
