Warranty Policy:
Voile Manufacturing stands behind its products and offers the following warranty:
- Coverage Period: All products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase by the end-user. Proof of purchase is required.
- Eligibility: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product from Voile or an authorized Voile dealer. It is non-transferable.
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by rocks, impacts, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Damage caused by adhesives or solvents.
- Damage to skis, splitboards, bindings due to improper mounting or adjustment.
- Damage to climbing skin glue from improper storage or foreign object contamination.
- Incidental damage claims.
- Used demo or rental gear.
Void Conditions:
This warranty becomes void if the product is modified or altered in any way. Additionally, installation of quiver killers on the product nullifies warranty coverage.
