The SQlab 411 R Carbon Innerbarends® are designed for performance-oriented riding, combining aerodynamic efficiency with ergonomic comfort. The altered grip position reduces air resistance while simultaneously relieving neck muscles and optimizing hand pressure distribution. Especially on longer rides over less technical terrain, the additional grip option provides noticeable relief. The 411 R innerbarends are made of high-strength carbon with targeted fiber placement for maximum strength at minimal weight.
The innovative clamping concept minimizes material stress and ensures a secure and gentle attachment to the handlebar. An internal study shows: At 36 km/h, an average of 14 watts can be saved through a more aerodynamic hand and arm position – equivalent to an energy saving of around 5%. At the same time, the altered posture promotes relaxation of the neck muscles, relieves the hands, and increases safety through easily accessible brake levers – even on wide handlebars.
