RedShift Cruise Control Really Long Bar Tape is long enough to wrap even the widest gravel bar. The roll is 315cm in length, compared to 180-200cm for most other tapes on the market.

Returns & Exchanges
Free return shipping is available in the US, UK, EU, Australia, and Canada, subject to the restrictions below.
Customers outside these regions are responsible for return shipping costs to Redshift’s US office. Contact Redshift Sports for available shipping options.
Return Shipping Restrictions
- Exchanges do not have return shipping fees.
- Scratch & Dent products do not qualify for free returns or exchanges.
- Handlebar returns have the following flat-rate return shipping fees:
- USD: $15 per handlebar
- EUR: €13 per handlebar
- GBP: £10 per handlebar
- CAD: $20 per handlebar
- AUD: $20 per handlebar
- Cutting a handlebar does not void the warranty, but cut or modified handlebars cannot be returned.
Return Details
Redshift accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 90 days of shipment.
The complete product must be returned to receive a full refund. Redshift will inspect returned items and may reduce or refuse a refund if the product has been damaged or misused.
Redshift is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping, so using a tracked shipping service is recommended.
Lifetime Warranty
Redshift Sports offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for most products.
If a product is found to be defective, Redshift may:
- Repair the product at no charge.
- Replace it with the same or an equivalent product.
- Provide credit toward the purchase of a replacement product.
Warranty Eligibility
The warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and cannot be transferred.
Products purchased from a retailer or distributor should generally be handled through that seller. Warranty replacements through authorized dealers or distributors must be approved by Redshift Sports.
Proof of purchase from an authorized seller is required for all warranty claims.
Auction websites and forums are not considered authorized sellers of new Redshift products.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Improper adjustment
- Poor maintenance
- Crashes or impacts
- Abuse
- Product modification
- Misuse
- Loads or forces beyond the product’s intended design
- Other abnormal or excessive use
- Normal wear and tear
The warranty also does not cover damage to non-Redshift components, including bicycle frames, computers, or other attached parts.
Redshift’s maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product submitted for warranty coverage.
Maintenance
Owners should regularly inspect Redshift products for signs of wear or damage.
Redshift recommends having the product inspected by a qualified individual at least once per year, or more frequently depending on riding conditions and use.
Follow the maintenance and service instructions supplied with the product. Unauthorized service outside the procedures described by Redshift may void the warranty.
