DMR provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on frames for one year, or three years for aluminum frames, with paint, decals, and all parts and accessories covered for one year.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, requires proof of purchase, and is valid only for products bought from authorized dealers. It excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, crashes, improper installation, or incompatible components, and does not restart if a replacement is issued. Claims must be made through the original retailer, with approved repairs or replacements handled at DMR’s discretion, while labor, shipping, and transport costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
