LIMITED WARRANTY
BOB Trailers Inc. takes pride in its workmanship and strives to manufacture the best products possible. Therefore, they warranty their lanyards against defects in material and workmanship, subject to certain conditions. Since no product is indestructible, this warranty does not cover defects attributable to or resulting from normal wear, abuse, or alteration.
- Components: Warranted for one year.
- Original Purchaser: Warranty is valid only for you.
- Proof of Purchase: Required for warranty activation.
- Exclusions: Labor and transportation are not included.
- Not Covered: Normal wear, neglect, abuse, accidents, improper assembly or maintenance, or incompatible parts or accessories.
- Claims: Must be made through an authorized dealer.
- Limitations: Warranty is limited to replacement of the defective part. BOB Trailers is not responsible for consequential or special damages.
- Sole Warranty: This limited warranty is the only express or implied warranty applicable to BOB Trailers. Any implied warranties are limited in scope and duration in accordance with this limited warranty
