Backup Videographer/Photographer

We’re working our butts off to capture content from as many of our events here in Tucson as possible.  Our content editor, Alec Robinson, travels quite a bit and could use a backup.  Also, during our bigger events, we could use a second camera man.

We are looking for a videographer with some experience.  You don’t necessarily need to be highly experienced, but do need to have work available for us to review.  We’re also looking for someone ideally with their own camera equipment who is comfortable bringing their gear on bikepacking trips.  We do have a Nikon DSLR available, but the more cameras, the better.

Qualifications

This is a role for someone who is excited to join us for our shop presentations, rides and campouts and to get paid to hone their videography and photography skills along the way.  The amount of work will vary depending on our event schedule, but will likely run between 8 to 16 hours per month.  For overnighter trips, we offer to pay during periods of the trip when video is being actively captured.

  • Experienced as a cyclist and bicycle camper.
  • Experience with videography
  • Experience with photography

Details

  • We’re looking for someone who can be available to come in two days per week for a total of 10 hours.
  • We’re offering $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience.
